You can feel very tired and moody, out of control. Your energy is directed inward. Things can be more easily too much. This is the time to get back into yourself. Take time for yourself. Your body is working hard so don’t expect too much from yourself during these days. If you can plan it, clear your agenda for these days in how far that is possible and take time for yourself. Treat yourself on a body massage. Do some yoga. Write in your journal. Take care of yourself and your body. Be aware. Feel. What does she need? We attend to feel more emotional these days. Let it flow. Let the tears come. Take it easy. Slow down. Take your time.
Watch out for your diet during these days. We are intent to grave for fast food. But especially during these days, you should feed your body with good food, with good energy, with love.
